These Mayan ladies are a blur, as they diligently make chocolates in Xela (Quetzaltenango) Guatemala.

Formed in 1994, ASIMAM is a unique association dedicated to the welfare and traditions of local Mayan Mam and K'iche women and families.
Proceeds from the sale of ChocoMam support a wide variety of community projects which involve over 200 local women, and which help foster and strengthen social and economic development within the framework of Mayan tradition.
